[tutorial] Photoshop - Getting Rid of Zits/ Pimples / Scars

Hi Everyone,

Say... you take a picture of yourself. AND THERE IT IS.. A pimple.

"but the picture is so good, i wanna post it online! I wanna let everyone know what an awesome life I haveee.. Awh man."

So for my first post, I'm gonna show you guys some basic ideas on how to get rid of those pesky face invaders in.... ta-da, Photoshop:

A Recap:

1. Patch Tool - Keyboard Shortcut: J 
2. Make a nice clean selection around the zit/pimple/scar/alien-like deformity 
3. Cursor in the selection, click + hold, drag to the nearest  clear and most similar skin tone area
